The current PTO Board is recruiting many positions for the 2023/2024 school year.
Please consider volunteering your time to help achieve our mission to support children's education and well being at Jenkins Elementary School by fostering relationships among the school administration, teachers, and families. The programs and support throughout the year could not happen without volunteers like you!
CURRICULUM SUPPORT
Support the school's materials and teacher supplies through fundraising efforts, communication with classroom staff, and distribution of allocated resources.

ENRICHMENT PROGRAMMING
Provide and support cultural and/or art experiences (see Docent Art page, above) to enrich the lives of our students.

FAMILY FUN ACTIVITIES
Organize and participate in activities such as Kindergarten Story Hour, Harvest Moon Festival, and pizza parties.

SCHOOL SUPPORT
Help organize the school directory, manage the website, facilitate school pictures, and more!
​
COMMUNITY PROJECTS
Help give back to the larger Scituate community through fundraising and service activities.
​
​
FUNDRAISING EVENTS
Help raise money to support the school through activities such as the Boosterthon, Scholastic Book Fair, and more.
​
RECOGNITION
Help honor our staff and teachers with luncheons, presents, and Teacher Appreciation Week.
​
SCHOOL SPIRIT ACTIVITES
Lead an activity at Field Day, help support the School Store, join a playground meetup, organize Walk to School Day- the opportunities are endless!

PARENT FUN
Meet other Jenkins families at social events designed to help parents let loose!

Help with Box Tops for Education, organize the talent show, assist with activities for our graduating 5th graders... there are so many ways to get involved!
